Paul found that working for a large catering equipment supplier did not allow enough time for one on one consultation’s with his clients. This lead to CHES being formed.
Our clients are spending large sums of money fitting out restaurants, therefore it is of most importance to match the equipment supplied to the menu. This together with correctly designing the kitchen requires in depth meetings and time.
In 2002 Paul’s daughter Kathryn joined the business and together they strive to offer quality goods & services second to none in the industry.
Kathryn is in charge of equipment rentals, a new format in Commercial Catering Equipment, which allows our customers to fit out their new kitchens without the need of releasing large financial lease or cash obligations.
CHES has a large showroom, which contains new and used equipment, so please come in and visit us.
